Sanam Rawal has been a trailblazer in the Indian startup ecosystem, redefining how early-stage companies approach talent and growth. At just 21, she became the youngest recruiter in India’s VC space, kickstarting an HR advisory initiative incubated by Blume Ventures in 2015. Over seven years, she worked closely with 300+ startups on hiring, org design, and people success—pioneering programs like Ex-Founders Hiring, Military Veteran Recruitment, Women-Led Hackathons, and LGBTQ+ Inclusion Initiatives.
In 2023, with support from Blume’s leadership, Sanam co-founded Metamorph, a 360° HR advisory firm serving both VC-backed and bootstrapped startups. As a Founding Partner, she leads strategic HR support from bootstrap to IPO. Metamorph—operating out of Mumbai and Delhi—offers services in talent acquisition, employer branding, M&A support, R&D, and leadership development, helping global startups build strong, people-first organizations.
