Sneha’s journey from academia to healing has been one of deep purpose and transformation. A NET–JRF-qualified academic with over a decade of experience teaching finance and management, she has guided countless students to excellence through her expertise in financial management, accounting, and portfolio strategy. Known for her clarity and compassion in the classroom, Sneha achieved consistently high results across graduate and postgraduate programs and conducted certification programs in financial modeling.
Behind her professional success, however, lay a more personal journey—one that led her to explore the roots of emotional pain, identity, and healing. That search became her calling. Today, Sneha is a trauma-informed therapist and transformational coach, trained in multidisciplinary approaches that integrate inner child work, intergenerational trauma resolution, and somatic practices rooted in nervous system regulation.
At Anandam, the healing space she founded, Sneha helps individuals uncover the stories they’ve unconsciously carried so they can reconnect with their authentic selves. Guided by the six virtues of peace, compassion, detachment, contentment, kindness, and humility, Anandam represents a sanctuary for self-discovery—where wounded stories unravel, ancestral burdens lift, and the lost bliss within is remembered.
